  • How do I contact customer support?

  • Can I collaborate with your brand?
    We’re always open to exploring collaborations with like-minded brands! If you’re interested in working together, head to our Retail & Wholesale page (linked in the footer of our site) and fill out the info request form. Once we have your details, we’ll take a look and see what we can cook up!
  • Are you online only or available in stores?
    We're mostly online-only, but you might catch us at pop-up events from time to time. Some will be announced on our socials, and others will be low-key — so keep your eyes peeled. We also occasionally partner with local brick-and-mortar shops that carry our merch, so you might spot Ocean State Originals out in the wild!
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We don’t offer gift cards just yet, but we’re working on it! In the meantime, you can always order something as a gift or send a friend a Visa gift card along with a link to our site — that way they can pick out their favorite Ocean State Originals drop.
  • How do I place an order?
    Just find the product you love, add it to your cart, and check out like you would on any other online store. That’s it — easy peasy!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled — so double check your cart before checking out! If you have an issue, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts or custom orders?
    Yes, we do offer bulk discounts and custom orders — it all depends on what you’re looking for! Head over to our Retail & Wholesale page (linked in the footer) and fill out the request form. We’ll review your info and get back to you with next steps.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship within the U.S. only. Hoping to go international someday — stay tuned!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times depend on what you ordered and where it’s headed, but typically you can expect your order within 5–10 business days. If it’s been more than 10 business days and your order hasn’t arrived, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to help track it down.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer flat-rate shipping based on how much you order: • $8.25 for 1–2 items • $10 for 3–6 items • $12 for 6+ items Spend $200 or more and shipping is on us — totally free!
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    We don’t currently offer expedited shipping — but we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Most orders ship within a few business days.
  • How can I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email, which you can use to follow your order’s progress.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    All sales are final — we don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there’s an issue with your order, though, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
  • What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at rhody@oceanstateoriginals.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
  • Do your sizes run true to size?
    Yes! Our sizes run true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
  • How should I care for my merch?
    We recommend checking the care tag on your garment and following the washing instructions listed there to keep your merch looking its best.
